Staying at SPiS Hotell Amber during the Christmas season was an enchanting experience. Nestled just a short walk from the Central Station and Luleå's bustling main street, this charming family-run hotel perfectly blends a central location with a peaceful ambiance. My spacious room came equipped with a fridge and a minibar, making it really convenient for those late-night treats after a day exploring nearby kayaking sites. The highlight, however, was the breakfast - it truly exceeded my expectations! Freshbread, delicious cheeses, and a delightful array of options that catered to every palate made each morning special. Plus, the welcoming staff provided invaluable tips on local adventures; their enthusiasm for Luleå's natural beauty was contagious. If you're a nature lover like me, you'll appreciate the serene surroundings and the chance to pick up a bike from the hotel to explore! SPiS Hotell Amber is a little gem that beautifully captures the spirit of the Nordic experience.
